About lateral thinking

Csíkszentmihályi (1996) considers creativity a mental activity, which leads to recognizing new solutions in the minds of special people. In this regard, he differentiates three, not exactly equal phenomenons. Some talented people are interesting and inspiring, unusually quick-minded, he calls them brilliant. Others experience the world in novel and original ways, and their judgements are wise, those are the personally creative. However, creative persons, who effect significant changes in their culture, are especially important: they are the unqualifiedly creative people.

Creativity has become essential in business life, because anything besides that is available to anyone. (Bono, 2009)
